    The real tragedy is that the sort of reasonable people who write editorials like this one have been marginalized and replaced in government by all the zealots and flamethrowers like Netanyahu. I can understand how this can happen when you feel that your security is consonantly being threatened. Look what happened in the US after 9-11. But Israel needs to trust somebody or it will only get worse. And if you can't trust the USA by now, if you really think that Obama is plotting Israel's destruction with her enemies, then there is no hope. Not because it's true, but because you've already passed the point of no return.
