This is a contentious issue that must be solved, only here we have already the coalition fighting once again on the true wording, regret is actually not an apology, promise not to do it again is a promise. So Turkey must promise not to partake in future flotillas, then the PM can voice his regrets and apologize for said actions and pay out the money as agreed. That said and done, will leave Turkey happy. Maybe then the Armenian's will ask the same from Turkey. Though we all know its a double edged sword, Israel cannot lose its once true ally in Ankara.
