"I wonder if even Israel knows for sure. If the report of some nuclear material (I assume equipment) picked up by Israeli personnel before the raid are correct, then this equipment is probably destroyed." - Tosefta Those who know cannot tell. Peres described the operation as "spilt milk." I find that haunting. I am not used to Israel refusing to crow about a successful coup. As for "nuclear" material. That can be ALL matter. . . It could be almost anything. I am always amused when a report is made of some 'radicals" home being raided and "bomb making materials" were found. I have lawn fertilizer, oil, gas for the mower, batteries, wires, electrical switches . . . hey, guess how many common household items are 'bomb making materials!" There are industrial, agricultural, and medical uses for "nuclear materials." I see speculation, I see no facts. That alone argues against the operation being what was expected.
