"Mark, the accusations are that they did not discover the Iran program, the N Korea program, etc on their own." - Tosefta The "Iranian Program" that was "discovered" was a low priority investigation started during the Iran-Iraq war and was directly in response to the Iraqi program. It was never much, and quite moribund by the early 1990s. The North Korean program was obvious to all and the IAEA was only called in long after it was in existence. " We may be living at a time of minds going dark. Unbelievable if the target was a supposedly nuclear site and the IAEA was not brought in." - Tosefta Mind are blank, not dark. Viewing the photos of the supposed site, I have no doubt why the IAEA wasn't brought in. My home has four walls and a roof. It is not the site of a nuclear reactor. I have NO problem with the fact that it was observed. And, I have no doubt why the US and Israel were not silly enough to sic the IAEA upon it. They, not Syria, was most likely to be embarrassed.
