Howdy Tosefta; Although we usually disagree, thank you for pointing out the biased, one-sided, twisted, and inaccurate reasons that the NUJ is using to justify its call for an economic boycott of Israel. It is doubtful that 66 out of 120 delegates reflects the majority opinion of the NUJ's general membership on this matter. There have been similar calls for boycotts of and divestments in Israel by the far left, but they all just fizzle out because the people who do purchase Israeli goods continue to do so and the only people who jump on the boycott wagon are those who are boycotting Israel anyway so there's no significant change. This boycott will probably fizzle too for the same reason.
