'Sarah Leah Whitson, the Mideast director at HRW, says that "just because Israel says a journalist was a fighter or a TV station was a command center does not make it so."' By the same token, just because HRW says they were journalists with no connection to terrorism doesn't make it so, either. Since opinions differ by 180 degrees, wouldn't it be wiser to conduct a full and neutral investigation before declaring one thing or the other?
