    Sorry, but your charge of attributing blame always to Israel and reducing this question to nothing but that is the blah, blah. Did you read what Mgally says, what he proposes? This is a suggestion that Israel cannot afford to bypass. As for the causes of the refugee problem, read the new historians. Read Benny Morris, certainly no pro-Arab. His source is the Zionist archives. Read Avi Shlaim and Tom Segev. Tell me, Tony, how would Israel in 1948 achieved its dream of being "Jewish and democratic"if it had allowed itself to have a Arab majority. As Morris himself admits, his only regret is that more were not driven out. But if it was all the Arab governments doing, urging the Arabs to leave and come back after the Jews had been killed or driven out,are you saying that the zionists would have left the Arab population intact and not driven them out of over 350 villages which were razed?The blame rests with Israel as far as the refugee problem is concerned and that is recognised historians
