Of course a law already exists but nothing appears to be happening regarding the indictment against Bishara and Jamal Zahalka who went to Syria during the recent war. In the wake of Bishara's 2001 visit, the Knesset passed a law prohibiting Knesset members from traveling to enemy countries. They flagrantly broke this law and the penalty is 4 years so they should be in jail and not out and about inciting. Pines-Paz ? Very out of his depth and a lost soul. He resigned from being a minister because of Israel Beteinu and is now sitting with an I.B. MK in Madrid at an international forum :-) Not yet a serious player although left wing blinkered journalists would have us believe so.
