Toll roads may be an idea for expanding the care of certain highways. Also for funding art projects. Maybe a small toll in pennys for some or just an idea not to put anyone in poverty. This would also help put schools in certain districts and as the poverty issues were in the areas other wealthier areas could pay a small toll fee with every vehicle monitored with heat sensors. That way everyone is even more safe. WE need to protect our citizens with markets being cleared of war zone behavior even in Iraq. We need to protect our children and provide with education like elephants not being big trucks to a 3 year old. WE need to see about kindercare more. Toll roads will do that. I know we have more than one. Expanding friendship with care also opens the world. Lamb Rankoo-Karoon
