I repeat again: the 1949 line is a truce line, as the ceasefire agreement explicitly states, while the issue of the final border, according to Oslo agreement, is the matter of final status negotiations between the sides. Such negotiations took place in 2000, but were interrupted when the Palestinians launched campaign of mass murder known as "intifada" in the middle of negotiations.
