The UN Charter prohibits a nation expanding its territory through military conquest; therefore, Israel's occupation of the Palestinian Territories is subject to the Fourth Geneva Convention, of which Israel is a signatory. Article 33 bans collective punishments. The homes, whose destruction you are defending belonged to the families of people accused of crimes by Israel. Art. 33 specifically states that no person shall be punished for a crime that he or she is not personally responsible for. So the homes of family members should be left alone. Art. 49 states clearly that the occupying power (Israel) shall not expel the resident population from the territory occupied, nor shall it transfer its own population into that territory. At any given time, 10,000 Palestinians are in Israeli prisons, many of whom are undergoing torture. Additionally, Israel has introduced more than 500,000 illegal settlers into the PT.
