Israel didn?t ask for the ?48 war of extermination, nor the ?67 one nor the ?3 No?s? from the losers, nor the ?73 war. We sent Arafat away, we brought him back, we armed him, we negotiated in good faith w/him and got the Intefata in return. .The occupation is horrible, horrible, horrible, but it is the only thing that has kept the hope for a Pal state (something they have never had in history) alive. We are not monsters and the Pals, when they finally accept their state, shld thank us for keeping the light on for them.Their greatest weapon is the knowledge that we won?t wipe them off the map.
