Israel's problems with the Palestinians began when the leaders of the Zionist Congresses turned a blind eye to the reality of a large Arab population in Palestine. Early in the 20th century, following a visit to Palestine, a couple of rabbi "scouts" reported to the Zionist leadership that the bride (Palestine) is beautiful but aleady married. Enter Jabotinsky, the inventor of the "Iron Wall---the application of irresistible force as a way to coerce the Arabs to accept Zionists as their new masters. Jabotinsky's Iron Wall continues to be the Zionism's Iron Fist. But the use of coercion, oppression, illegal actions---settlements, apartheid wall--- has brought Israel where she stands to day---discredited in the eyes of a majority of the UN membership. With the Arab population growing and the Palestinian people undaunted, the Zionist dream of a "Greater Israel" is turning into a Zionist nightmare. By transforming religious doctrinal beliefs into political instruments of coercion and indifference to international law, and by identifying Israel as a "Jewish" state, the Israeli leadership made a colossal geopolitical errors. Such a declaration essentially turns Christian, Muslim, and Arab Israeli citizens (If they can be called Israeli citizens) into second class citizens. This is to say that in the future, no matter the demographics Israel will remain a "Jewish" state. Such an idea flies in the face of the political evolution of states as well as the evolution of democratic principles. I do not believe Americans or Europeans can can legally call their countries constitutionally "Christian," notwithstanding the fact that the majority of their populations are Christian. So history marches on and Israel apparently fails to see the direction the march has taken.

Labour Party leader Jeremy Corbyn

Why Britain's Labour has become synonymous with anti-Semitism

When senior party members spout vile anti-Jewish theories and at the same time insist they are in no way anti-Semites, they truly believe they are not lying.

Alvy (Woody Allen) and Annie (Diane Keaton) in 'Annie Hall.'
Why is it hard to fall in love, and even harder to sustain it?

The answer can be summed up in one word, narcissism, which manifests itself in three principal ways. There are ways to overcome this love of self, however.
