You mean like the obligation under Article III, section 2: The majority of what goes into those tunnels is food, water, and other good for aiding the life of 1.5 million stranded people. What would you have Egypt do? Not turn a blind eye and let 1.5 million people starve? Israel continuously refuses to allow more troops on the border in order to police the tunnels, yet they complain we're not doing enough. Ridiculous. Or do you mean its obligation under the same section "to refrain from organizing acts or threats of belligerency, hostility or violence against the other Party, anywhere"? How have we asisted, incited or participated in hostility or subversion against Israel? Criticism isn't inciting hostility. Or do you mean the requirement to exchange ambassadors? Last I checked, there's an Egyptian ambassador-Yasser Reda. Or maybe you mean the requirement to refrain from "hostile propaganda"? Are we to stay silent when build walls, strangle 1.5 million people, and bomb them
