Yes, it is a one sided question. A DNA test would hardly show a biologically uniform Jewish nation. And why is it an issue from where the Palestinians came? Everybody came once from somewhere else. The reality of Arab presence in the land we call Eretz Israel is beyond any doubt. So is the attachment of the Jews to the land, although they formed only a small part of the population during the Muslim rule. Histroy is a tricky basis for establishing rights, because it can be interpreted in many ways. Actual residence is more relevant. And none of this is relevant for a peace effort. Peace has to deal with now. A good deal is a deal where everyone feels a winner.This takes compromises which are not always pleasant.
