As long as those "holy places" are outside the green line, Israel taking possession of them is indeed a criminal act. There are many, many more Palestinian families slaughtered in the name of Greater Israel, than Israeli families in the name of resistance, so boo hoo. To me, shooting (at) armed Israeli's in the occupied territories is fully justified resistance, shooting at unarmed civilians is terrorism. But that goes both ways: dropping a 1 ton bomb on a residential areas is clearly a terrorist act. The Palestinian fringe commits acts of terror against Israeli's, true. The Israeli fringe commits acts of terror against Palestinians, and rules Israel. That's the difference.
