While some arab nations, (ie: Saudi Arabia) have long proposed such a plan you neglect to mention that these offers also include a demand to settle the Palestinain refugee situation. To anyone who understands the issue the solution that the Arabs propose always results in the end of the Jewish state demographically. As such the end game of these peace offers are no different from Iran's calling for Israel's destruction and are seen as such. The Palestinians were offered the moon by Barak and instead chose war. You misunderstand the issues if you honestly think that Israel can find a comprehensive peace with multiple partners, like you suggest, as opposed to the historical precedence of dealing with each enemy individually.
