Further to your talk of Jewish communities fleeing to the state of Israel as if under some kind of deathly threat I would direct you towards the 35,000 or so Jews living comfortably and peacefully in modern Iran. Moving somewhere you inhabited many centuries ago in great numbers does not legitimise destroying the lives of the current inhabitants of the destination and imposing your will on them. Heck - hand California to Mexico if so. As for the mandate - that is defunct and never legitimises displacement of Arabs for a state of Israel. What is not defunct is UN Resolution 242.
