Joschka is not only wrong in interpreting Bush's surge in troops as "against Iran". He is wrong in predicting a U.S. military strike against Iran -which won't take place-. But those errors of judgement are nothing compared to the sheer stupidity of considering Iran a nuisance just because it is meddling in Iraq. Iran is exporting its terrorism and cynical hegemonic evil from Venezuela to Yemen, from Sudan to Nicaragua, from Lebanon to Gaza to Ecuador to Cuba. It's high time to burn their tentacles and beyond. And maybe, just maybe, the notion that a strike would strengthen Iran might be wrong.
