Yes, the people in Gaza have large families (as do some of the more Orthodox Jews) but that is not the only reason why Gaza is overcrowded and poor: 70% of the population of Gaza descends from people who do not originally belong there: They were uprooted during and because of the creation of Israel. They are refugeees from areas that they are now targeting with their rockets. There is a historical connection between their present actions and their past history. Acknowledging that connections is even-handedness too. Would you agree?
