    Historian, you purposed several interesting questions in your posting. If you have that data, you should provide it for us; I?d like to look it over. Also, while it is a good idea to educate/inform oneself about a topic, being ignorant about the specifics doesn?t automatically disqualify one?s thoughts. They may still hold merit.
