    What happened happened for the aforesaid reasons. Furthermore, she could just as easily negate the flawed logic exemplified by once great minds like Falk, who would espouse that if one cannot ascertain with absolute certain the safety of enemy civilians one should not attack. Falk's argument makes no sense because it would logically follow that one would stack military strongholds with civilians, and use one of the numerous flaws of Falk, to say that one is allowed to Fire but not recieve fire because of the civilian prescence. Do you not think that Government has responsibility to protect its people? So where was Hamas? In the Crowds, doing the opposite. Furthermore, to CJ and others who love to discuss Israel's weaponery, and the notion of Disproportional response as codified in the 1977 Additional Protocols to 4th Geneva Convention which Israel and USA didnt sign and are not bound by.
