If I remember correctly, the Allon Plan which was put to PM levi Eshkol in 1967 (I became aware of it in 1976 after reading about in Foreign Affairs), did not deal at all with Jordan. It stiil searched for a peace agreement with the palestinian. Late King Hussein, actuually talked to President Lyndon Johnson about restoring Jordanian sovereignity to the west bank, even with President Nasser's blessing. Still, even as early as in the immediate aftermath of the 1967 war, the aim was the Palestinians and not Jordan, as partner for peace.
