• I am familiar with UNSC resolution 1701, which Lebanon unprovoked attack on Israel and Israel's response to it. And under it, Hezbanon actively spying on Israel is a violation. As are the daily arming and weapon smuggling of Hezbollah. Regarding whether Israel is violating 1701, Israel has not presented its case and proof of Hezbanese violation to the UNSC. Why not, if there are legitimate and well documented violations?
