Even if in the territories the situation resembles the end result of apartheid, calling it "Israeli Apartheid Week" is misleading. Within Israel proper, Arabs have just as many civil rights as do Jews. They can vote, can serve in public office, they have local autonomy, can attend university, can join the military, etc. By using the name quoted above, it makes it seem like Israel itself (i.e. Israel proper) is an apartheid regime which is simply not true. Also, in the west bank, the roads aren't Jewish only; they are Israeli only. If you have Israeli citizenship, be you Arab, Jew, Druze, or whatever else, you can use those roads.
