"The Golan is historic Jewish land." (David Stoler) Pure nonsense. Historical national rights have no place whatsoever in international law. The Golan was internationally recognized sovereign part of the Syrian territory, long before the creation of the state of Israel. What is, I wonder, keeping you to claim that the land of the Jordanian kingdom too is historically Israel's, just because "Moses assigned territories to Reuben, Gad and a portion of Manasseh on land east of the Jordan which they had requested (Numbers 32:5)" See under: "Land apportionment" http://wapedia.mobi/en/Israelites "The Golan belongs to Israel [...] not only by the power of occupation in a defensive war against an aggressor, like America in Texas ... " http://xrl.us/bmfrf Don't you know, dummy, that when the U.S.A. annexed Texas, all its inhabitants were granted U.S. citizenship? Are you, by any chance, advising Israel to grant all the West Bank Palestinians an Israeli passport? Do surprise me. After all, as a way of ending the conflict, not such a bad idea.
