That's not fair Bruce, not fair in the sence of legimitize the "nakba" for the Palestinians. You can say extremely that the new Israeli citizens do not want to integrate in the Palestinian society. In all and many facts the opposite is in place. The Palestinians had (and have to) to accept the jewish state of Israel with, for them, very big consequences (land, places, being discriminated etc.) That's not a question of fairly devided. In this way, Moshe Arens has a point in his article but he looks a bit surprised. This, with all historic facts in mind, looks a little foolish to me.
