Living in Syracuse may be the reason you mistakenly place cities far from Jerusaalem as being within the city's boundaries. I am also sure that if Syracuse had a park and you put up a home there and kept adding to it so your children and their spouses could live with you, the city fathers, to say nothing of the people who used the park, would be happy to have you there. The area, called Silwan, was a park even under the Ottoman rulership which ended after World War 1.
