Ari: Jews no longer bring sacrifices because the Beis HaMikdosh no longer stands. Despite the fact that some "fringe" group -- perhaps claiming to be Orthodox -- wishes to resume sacrifices, the Orthodox establishment frowns upon such things (and anyone familiar with Israel knows the influence that the Orthodox establishment wields over society as a whole). As the Samaritans are not considered Jews, either by other Jews or themselves, what they do for their religion is their business. No anti-Semitism or double standard involved (though, of course, you can find it anywhere if you're intent on doing so).
