Just sent a post to clickfool about that. My post was a gut-level reaction on my part, for which I apologize. I think we can all see why poisoning or killing an adversary's scientists can unleash a truly chilling counterattack. Just think of all the open conferences scientists go to (including apparently the iranian scientist in question). There are scientists in the US who work on wmd's including chemical/biological in contravention of UN charter. Same in Russia, China, Britain, israel, etc. Some of these people are known, even if no one talks about it. Can you see the fall-out if this report turns out to be anything to do with reality? trust me, this is where the real terror starts. In the light of day, I honestly can't believe anyone in israel would condone such tactics, which are anyways silly. There are plenty other good scientists in iran - what's the point of killing one? there could well have been an embarassing accident which some people thought to present as sabotage.
