For instance, in the example I gave on General Shazli (#41) - do you recommend the Egypitan army to continue to be Cruel to Israeli POWs (otherwise they will be "cruel to the merciful" in the future) - or do you think all parties should adhere to International rules and regulations concerning modern warfare ?
