If any of the few remaining Jews in an Arab country would be allowed to leave, he certainly would stay in Israel. In the recent past, very few Arab countries have allowed this, most opress Jews. Israel allows anyone to leave if he wishes so.Israel is a legal state recognized by all great powers, the UN etc. All actions are under scrutiny from a court of justice recognized worlwide (incl. the wall). In most Arab countries there is no valid judicial system, only arbitrary power. So nothing is illegal on the Israeli side. The situation on the Arab side on justice & legality (and many other related issues such as corruption) should be reviewed urgently to the benefit of Arabs.
