No 16, besides private ownership of land, there is national ownership. The world is divided into nations, each with national ownership rights to its lands. You may not like this concept, but it is the way the world turns. The Land of Israel belongs to the Jewish nation. That is why we have the right of return. As for Arabs or other nonJews, they may own land privately but they should not demand that Jews sell them Jewish owned land as a matter of democratic right, any more than American Jews should demand that the Mormon Church, or some Indian reservation, for example, sell its lands to Jews in the name of 'democracy'.
