It is a crime if you make the wrong decision based on information you knew or should have understood was of poor quality. (It's not rocket science to appreciate the actual resolution of the photographs you use to make your decision). As for the comparison with the Iraq war, numerous killings and treatment of civilians and combatants have been and are being investigated. The striking difference compared to the Israel/Palestine war is that soldiers (from the Iraq war) are being convicted and given appropriate punishment. This has yet to happen in Israel. I also notice that you cry Anti Semitism at the end of your comment. The article looks at the actions of Israel and it's armed forces, not at the actions of the Jews through out the world. By using the term Anti Semitism to describe criticism of Israel you imply that the state of Israel represents all Jews and hence that all Jews represents Israel. If I was a Jew living my life as national of another country I would find that to be an unfair responsibility. Now, I'm not a Jew and I might be wrong about this. However, may be Jews living outside of Israel could respond to whether they feel they are representatives of Israel and if they should take responsibility for the actions of Israel?
