The Palestinians do not need to concede anything. Israel wants to negotiate without preconditions, what preconditions? Refugees right of return? Granted under International law, de-colonization of Settlements, also verified by International law. Jerusalem as its capital? International law anyone? 1967 borders are recognized by the whole world, including "the" Hamas except for Israel because it keeps building settlements for "natural growth". Beyond the 67 borders, they are NOT legal. Also Just because there were no Occupying forces on the ground does not mean Israel "disengaged" from Gaza. The economic choke hold was never lifted, it went from directly occupying to indirectly managing the occupation. The net result was the same. Look at things with facts that are not facts because I say they are facts but because according to the rule of International law, Israel is a Occupying force, well unless you feel like Israel is above International law.
