The whole reason Israel exists is to be the Jewish State.Since you are Jewish I assume you know the history of our people who from biblical times have been chased, persecuted, murdered, thrown out and pogrommed all over in the world. Israel was founded as the Jewish State after a Holocaust that all but eliminated our people from the earth. Have you forgotten Tity? We need a refuge so that we can make sure it never happens again. Are there non-Jews in Israel? Of course and whether they are Christians, Muslims or other, they can live among us as long as they accept the Jewish nature of the State, and obey its laws. I would rather we had a different history not necessitating a state of our own but I live in reality and only exist on this earth because my family was lucky enough to be in the US and not Europe in the 1930's and 40's. How about you?
