Nothing new, before the appointment of Mr. Timmerman as Foreign Minister, at least eight Jews were members of different cabinets in our history. The Ministry of Economy has been one and the Central Bank as well. Mr. Timmerman’s attitude on March 24, 1976 was to support the Coup d’état against the extremely corrupted regime of Mrs. Peron, the widow of the General. Only later and due to some strange economic relations, his father was arrested. Mr. Timmerman was at the opposition of the Kirchner couple just few years ago, suddenly he became one of the loyalist supporters of Mrs. Kirchner, again another authoritarian regime, which denies de checks, and balances of our Constitution, and are trying to rule the country almost for ever. Argentina has the second largest Jewish community in the Americas, and in spite that always we had certain anti-Semitic groups, never they were so extreme like pro Nazi groups and parties, which exist in Europe and even in the USA, we don't have any "Neo Nazi" party in Argentina.
