Time to make an example for all criminals. Nissim Alperon is a danger for all civilians, and he should be put in protective custody/house arrest far away from civilized people until the issues are resolved. Why endanger everyone else because this criminal "mastermind" wants roam around? He put himself in this predicament, and he is dragging everyone with him. When these gangsters figures that if everyone whom they put a price on their head will be in house arrest/protective custody they either will quit with these assassinations or every "mastermind" will be in house arrest/protective custody. These people are psychopaths they'll out what they want quickly enough. And if they don't we either get them off the streets or at least out of endangering everyone else.
