and so long as Israel continues to expand the settlements there is no reason to think that negotiations serve any other purpose than to facilitate further colonization of their lands. The Palestine Papers demonstrated that there wasn't a concession the Palestinians could make that would lead Israel to let them have a state. The two state solution is dead now. The settlements killed it. The Palestinians need to deal with issues internal to their movement, chief of which is the PA which keeps the feeble hopes in a two state solution alive. But these will be dealt with and then Israel will confront what it fears most: a movement amongst a majority Palestinian population demanding full democratic rights for everyone presently living under Israeil sovereignty. Wake up and smell the coffee.
