Obama is placing the responsibility for resuming and concluding the peace-negotiations squarely on Netanyahu's shoulders, where it belongs. Until Netanyahu is showing his willingness to refrain from his obstinate and counter-productive policies of continued settlement-expansion (which is actively sabotaging the peace-process), the U.S. nor anyone else in the world will waste any more time and energy in involving themselves in a futile enterprise. The onus of initiating a real and meaningful dialog with the Palestinians is on Netanyahu, as is the responsibility for any problems that may arise from his continued foot-dragging on the issue. The clock is ticking.
