won't make it go away. The education system has deep, systemic flaws that have nothing to do with its budget. Failing schools and bad teachers also won't get better just because they get more money from the state. The problem lies in the fact that the Haredi and Arab sectors have a separate curriculum that do not put a focus on developing the skills needed for the modern world, including biological sciences English and the Internet, which are not taught in Haredi schools and are poorly if at all taught in arab schools. Aside from these systemic flaws, there are cultural problems in the Arab and Haredi sectors that discourage women from working and achieving more in life than just being baby machines and house wives.
