    Not only are they careless, impatient, they insist on talking to the central station and on their cellphones. The drivers of the sheruts between towns are the worst, they talk from the minute they start driving right thru the journey. The police should impose stricter fines and maybe it is time to have a separate traffic force. Taxis and sheruts insist on parking in front of bus termini and they block the roads, see Hertzl Street in Rishon Le Zion, I am amazed that no one has been hurt dodging between the taxis to get to the bus on the wrong side of the road.
