Most of those concessions Abbas was willing to make are essential to any deal but now he is being considered a traitor for agreeing to make concessions so no future palestinian leaders will ever agree to make those concessions without which no deal can be reached because they don't want to be seen as traitors. If the palestinian leadership is unable to make concessions then we really don't have much to talk about anymore. Peace talks have to be about give and take on both sides and now the palestinians are unable to give. Time to start looking at other options now like Jordan being the palestinian state. In Jordan 65% of the population are palestinians who do not have citizenship and King Abdullah is doing everything possible right now to avoid a coup which will lead to him being toppled. If the Heshimite monarchy is toppled by palestinians then the idea of a palestinian state in Jordan looks more like a viable alternative especially considering palestinians leaders are going to have a hard time making the essential concessions. The only thing that is not and never will be an option is replacing Israel with a binational palestinian state.
