Turkey exported products valued 1.8 billion Dollars last year to Israel. Total export of Turkey is nearly 130 billion Dollars... so this is not painfull for Turkey. Suspending Defence Trade is a problem in the short Term, but Turkey has stoped to buy weapons already 2-3 years ago form Israel. In the middle and long Term Turkey has developed his own weapons. So this decision is good it will just boost this efforts. South Korea and Italy are today Turkeys most important supplier in Terms of Technical Know How Transfer. (ALTAY Tank, T129 Attack Helicopter etc.) Israel is not the only weapon seller, Turkey has excess to some NATO Technologies... What many not Know: Israeli Firms earn much more through Joint Ventures in Turkey then the Trade figures shows, these are not calculated in this. So in the long term Israel will suffer more from this.
