    They were once under the rule of Jordan and Egypt and they lived an even worse lifestyle, if Egypt and Jordan are such big players in the peace process then why didn't they do anything when they could? Israel treats them poorly, but at least they can be in the knesset and they do have representation, they have less rights then Jewish Israelis and they're not all able to get citizenship, but let's face it, no "friendly" Arab nation lets them become citizens. If they were let into other places there would be no Palestinian refugee problem! And most Islamic countries couldn't give two craps about human rights, at least in Israel their situation is made known globally. I don't fully agree with Avi, the Palestinians could definitely live better, but this situation is a lot better then it could have been. I have no doubt they will eventually have their own state, I just hope they can create their state with friendly borders with Israel.
