Have you ever been to Ramat Shlomo? Most people living in this well established part of northern Jerusalem are Hareidi and would never consider themselves "settlers". They have every right to be there in a place which was empty and unlived in before, the Jewish population is growing fast and needs room to live just as anyone else does.
