Strenger is doing what Israel always does: offer an "interim" solution, which then gets set in cement (literally, of course), and then in a decade or two simply wrap that same "interim" solution in new wrapping paper and offer it again. Round and Round it goes, and the Palestinians never, ever, get any closer to a state.
