The civilian deaths are Hezbollah and the Lebanese government's responsibility. Israel warned the villages days ago to leave and that anywhere Hezbollah fired Katushas would be targeted. The double standard applied to Israel is remarkable - 1/3d of the country is in bomb shelters or dislocated, and Nasrallah- whose goal in life is Israel's destruction - threatens more attacks. And, of course, Nasrallah and Iran started the war. If the U.S. was in the same situation, even the biggest lefty would not complain about collateral damage. Olmert must stand fast - the offensive must continue until the mission is accomplished.
