Palestinian convoy attempted to break the closure on Qabatiyah, on lock down for three days since residents killed an Israeli police officer in a Jerusalem terror attack.20:59 06.02.16 | 0 comments
Looks like they've kidnapped someone extra-judicially, who they thought was someone else. Now they're charging him with membership of an organisation for which they might have evidence, but membership of Hammas in Gaza, Ukraine and wherever else he is, is not a crime. Bringing him to Israel then charging him with this is judicially illogical. Will they be putting him on a charge of entering Israel without a passport next? Then you have the Prime Minister making sub-judice comments, which prejudice a fair trial. In any other democratic country (where there are jury trials), such comments would have led to the PM's resignation. Or are we in a country where the PM orders the judiciary what to think, and what to do.
