At the very least there is something to learn from this, if not negligence or recklessness, and Israel should be transparent about the process. Someone died as a result of activities initiated by the Israelis, though one can certainly understand that Israelis need to engage in security operations. As I said, at the very least, thought can be given about how to avoid disastors like this.
